If you are struggling with emotions, thoughts or beliefs that you know are holding you back from living with a sense of well-being, I would like to help. I provide a holistic, compassionate, affirming space for you to explore and process your struggles so you can feel more peace and connection in your life.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating mind and body in the healing process. I use a variety of trauma informed approaches to tailor treatment to the needs of each client. Most of all I respect that you are the expert on your own life. I believe my role is to guide and support you in your re-connection with your own inner wisdom.
