I am trained in perinatal mood disorders for those that are currently struggling with their mental health during and after pregnancy, including challenges with infertility and loss. I specialize in trauma recovery am also trained in EMDR.
I recognize that it is a difficult step to reach out and speak to somebody about challenges you may be facing. The decision to come to therapy is personal and takes a lot of vulnerability and courage. I am honored to be invited to be a part of the journey when you are ready!
