Are you feeling lost? Alone? Misunderstood? Do you ever wish that you could just talk to someone and they not only understand how you feel, but also allow you to be yourself? If you are looking for someone to listen, to understand, to support and push you necessary, then my hope is that I can help you. My clinical areas of interest and expertise include: addictions (gambling, gaming, drugs and alcohol, sex), anxiety, depression, sexual health and human sexuality, attachment issues, LGBTQIA+ and relationship and premarital/marital issues. If any of this sounds familiar, I may be speaking directly to you.
I utilize motivational interviewing, CBT, attachment methods and EFT as well as skills from art, music, and narrative therapy. I have years of experiences in the addictions field and has a passion for working with couples and those with sexual health and therapy needs. Anger management and victim assistance are other areas I work in as well.
I pride myself on being an eclectic therapist that works to build understanding and hope through collaborative a change. I work hard to individualize treatment for each individual I work with. A group of individuals who are needing support from others due to mental health or other issues and at the same time have a craft project to work on. Projects include: knitting, sewing, crocheting, cross stitching, weaving ... just to name a few. Group limit - so must register first!

Smoking Cessation Group
This group has a teenage version as well as an adult version to help those who would like to stop smoking have some psychoeducation on the subject and techniques and support on how to stop cravings, urges, and smoking/vaping all together.
