Our own difficult life circumstances or misperceptions can sometimes mask these truths, but I seek to help my clients remember and internalize them. Hope and healing can be found by drawing on the strengths within!
I love working with young adults and teenage girls. I am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth issues, perfectionism, and borderline personality disorder.
