Life is not always easy. Sometimes you need to find someone who really can listen to you and hear what is going on. Choosing the right Psychologist is not always easy, either. I can offer you a combination of heart, empathy, and understanding to help you find your own solutions to the problems which face you. My Psychologist office in Boca Raton is accessible from North Broward, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach. Call for an appointment. At this time, because of COVID, I only seeing patients online through teletherapy. That means I can work with you no matter where in Florida you are currently living.
I was trained Psychodynamically, but also have training in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychology, and in Hypnosis. I listen to you to find out what you need, and where you would like to focus, whether it be on understanding your past or helping you work through stuff in the present.
We all have an inner desire to grow. Sometimes that growth is blocked because of stuff from past or because of the ways we do things or react in the present. I can help you explore and understand yourself so you can make the changes necessary to help yourself grow.
