Hi! I am currently seeing clients 18+ for individual therapy sessions. I offer low-rate telehealth services in addition to accepting some insurances because I truly believe mental health services should be accessible and affordable for everyone. I love working with others and watching their growth when people feel supported and validated. I have 10 years’ experience providing individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families within several settings, including: an eating disorder treatment center, a prison substance abuse program, a school district, and two outpatient mental health practices.
