I have a rich background working as a Therapist, Director, and Regional Director in community mental health, substance use, and crisis services.
My treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, tailored to meet the unique needs of adults from diverse life experiences.
