I am passionate in helping adult individuals to experience breakthroughs in emotional, relational and spiritual health. My goal is to help individuals grow in the midst of challenging circumstances to attain a purposeful life while building meaningful relationships.

Thoughts create feelings, feelings create behaviors, behaviors reinforce thoughts. Everyone deserves to be happy, enjoy peace of mind, nurturing relationships, and a chance to live life to its fullest. My approach to challenges that you may be experiencing in life is person-centered, trauma focused, evidenced based practices with individuals, couples, and families.

Andrea Nila Negron, MSW, LSW, received her Master’s degree from New Mexico State University. With a background in trauma-informed yoga and bodywork, she brings a psycho-spiritual approach to healing and wellness. She specializes in collaborating with individuals with attachment and developmental trauma using the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), which integrates a cognitive and somatic approach to address the root causes of current life challenges. Nila also has experience supporting individuals in 12-step recovery work.

Tom is a Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Integrative Health at Saybrook University. Tom also received his MA in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology. Tom wrote his master's thesis on the therapeutic use of the circular art form known as mandalas. Tom earned his BA in Human Development at Prescott College. There he worked with the Prescott Unified School District to create recreation-based behavioral interventions for 8-10 year-olds diagnosed with ADHD.

Seeking therapy can be an uncomfortable experience that takes a lot of courage. Her goal is to create a safe environment for you to process past or current difficulties, stressors or traumas. Grace has a background working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, attachment disorders, personality disorders, and have experienced abuse or neglect.

April uses a holistic approach to address life's challenges and understands that each individual has a unique way of working through obstacles. She has a decade of experience working with individuals and families facing life transitions and trauma. Using Person-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, Strengths Based Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches, April builds upon the inherent strengths of each individual and empowers them to build a healthier, happier life.

I focus on helping a client work on personal issues as well as primary relationships. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, and addictions. Counseling is a partnership. My ideal client is a person who really wants therapy, willing to try different suggestions, has an open mind and understands that therapy is work. Their issues may range from trauma to stress to relationship issues and everything in between, inside out and upside down. Most of my client's goals are centered around wanting to feel better, wanting to communicate better, wanting to have better relationships, basically wanting to be better versions of themselves.
