Accessing this inner liberation, equips us to handle more effectively what is happening in our personal lives and in the world around us collectively.
I meet my clients where they are currently. I also utilize shadow work, EMDR, and inner child work, so as to suspend judgement on self and work towards healing and self-growth. To become a more evolved, healed version of self.
I believe that we need to feel heard, to feel safe, and to be provided a space to tell our story without judgement and with empathy.
