I am originally from the United Kingdom, but have lived in the U.S. for over a decade and focus on working with couples and families, but also work with individuals. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my systemic training informs my expertise in the fundamental dynamics of all types of relationships.
I work with couples and families to improve communication, positive regard, empathy, compassion, conflict-resolution skills, resilience, self-awareness, and self-reflection. I take a direct and collaborative approach with all my clients that allows for flexibility based on the unique needs that each person/couple/family brings to the table.
