Life is difficult. At times it can feel like we'll never break free of the pain. It is my passion to help clients challenge the negative thoughts that influence the view of ourselves, our world, and the people around us. I truly value being able to connect with my patients over the things that make us feel vulnerable, imperfect, and human and collaborate to radically accept, grow from, and manage these painful experiences while continuing to build a life worth living.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, pulling from evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, and ACT to create individualized treatment plans that address each patient's concerns and ultimately reduce emotional suffering. Additionally, I specialize in providing comprehensive psychological evaluation services, including (but not limited to): diagnostic clarity, cognitive, & ADHD evaluations.
