My name is Jessica Rosales, I am Latina, born and raised in Chicago, and bilingual in Spanish. I have over 13 years of experience in the field of psychology. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am a partner at Rare Mind Counseling, Consulting, and Mediation Services, PLLC. At Rare Mind, our mission is to provide comprehensive, professional, and culturally sensitive therapeutic services.

I believe the journey of life presents many challenges and each of these, no matter how overwhelming, provides an opportunity for personal growth and meaningful change. My intent for each client is to give them the support, understanding, skills, insight, motivation and inspiration they may need to meet their current challenge and to grow as an ever maturing, more loving and happier person.

Brittany Helmich is a LCPC and CADC. She attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Blackburn College and her Master's Degree in Clinical Adult Psychology from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Brittany’s clinical experience ranges from Wells Center, community mental health, both Gateway residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment, drug court, Memorial psychiatric response team and crisis counseling, and working with service members and their families through the Illinois Army and Air National Guard.
