I am a psychotherapist certified in EMDR level II, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, SOMB, Trauma Focused-CBT who also utilizes emotion focused therapy. I have had the opportunity to develop and hone evidenced based treatment skills while working aside youth, adults and families who are deeply effected by trauma, loss, criminality, and mental health issues.
I have military experience and have an understanding of what it means to make sacrifices while working toward the greater good!
