I am Yadira Torres, a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Florida. I have spent my career learning how to find the best approach that feels right for each person. For adults this often includes getting to know yourself better with increased compassion. For children, I support learning new ways to reduce childhood stressors and acting out behaviors, often through play. This results in positive feelings between parents and their children.

I specialize in working with parents to decrease problem behaviors and increase more prosocial ones. I will also work with your child to build skills in coping with frustration and the word "no".
