My ideal client is willing to find the strength within themselves to step outside of their Comfort Zones to create small changes in their lives that add up to big changes in their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being . My focus with my clients will always be progress over perfection and to build self-love and self-compassion above all. My name is Ashton Keys and I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I have been working in the field of mental health on and off since 2016. Most of my experience comes from working with ages 8 through 18 as well as adults looking to work on anxiety, depression, self-identity, or changes they are experiencing in their life. I also support the LGBTQ+ community. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Feminist Therapy, and Creative Arts Therapies are my strong points and frequently will incorporate art, narrative, and drama therapy techniques into counseling sessions. Andrea (Hall) Stachniewicz MA, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing specialized treatment for individual therapy. Andrea obtained her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University, and has been affiliated with institutions such as Mt. Sinai Hospital and The New York State Psychiatric Institute. Andrea is also an elected official in Queens, NY and uses her platform to advocate for investment in community mental health initiatives and increasing accessibility to mental health services for the working class.

As a clinical sexologist, I help folks explore pleasure and better communicate in intimate relationships. As a relationship counselor, I work with couples and poly folks to improve their communication and connection. As a feminist therapist, I help clients dig deep to uncover their personal power, untangle anxiety and heal from trauma. I'm pro-choice, queer/bisexual identified, and welcome LGBTQ+ clients. I'm a curious counselor, and I help people dig to the roots of their pain. Fees are $200/session for individuals and $250 for couples (self-pay only, NO insurance).

I have experience working with teens and young adults from all walks of life but specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, especially members of the transgender community. I have worked with individuals with anxiety and mood disorders, issues related to identity development, PTSD/trauma, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, grief/loss, and life transitions and adjustment concerns. I continue to provide Gender Affirming Care Letters of Support, despite many legal attacks on the transgender community here in Florida. I believe that everyone is valid in their gender identity, and no law can change the veracity of that.
