I believe that therapy can, and should, get a little radical. Taking the time and energy to do a deep dive into who we are, why, how to heal, to better ourselves and our world? To face trauma, shame or loss? This is an amazing undertaking.
I specialize in working with Women, Mothers, and LGBTQ+ individuals struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Postpartum/Perinatal Mood Disorders, motherhood identity, parenting, relationships, sex and sexuality.
I also specialize in working with Teens and the families/communities who love them, that struggle with Depression, Anxiety, trauma, identity development, suicide ideation, LGBTQ+ stressors.
As a cross-culturally trained trauma clinician certified in EMDR, my approach is non-judgement, empowerment and feminist based. I have advanced training in suicide, suicide prevention, perinatal mental health, Matrescence and Adolescence. As a free spirit, mother, and clinician, I connect easily with teens, adults, and work to support radical growth.
Some seasons are heavier than others, and at times we all need extra connection and support. We are always worthy of it. It can be scary to reach out, I get it!
