I believe that therapy can, and should, get a little radical. This will mirror some of my approaches in our work. Taking the time and energy to do a deep dive into who we are, why, how to heal, to better ourselves and our world? To face trauma or loss? This is an amazing undertaking.
I specialize in working with Women/Mothers/LGBTQIA, not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Postpartum Depression/Anxiety, motherhood identity, parenting, relationships, sex(uality), and life changes.
I also specialize in working with Teens that struggle with Depression, Anxiety, identity, suicide ideation, LGBTQIA and questioning youth.
As a cross-culturally trained trauma clinician, my approach is non-judgement, empowerment and feminist based. I utilize existential and inner-self exploration, and am down to earth. As a free spirit, mother, and trained clinician, I connect naturally with teenagers and adults. I am passionate about normalizing and stretching mental health care.
Life is difficult and trying, and some seasons are heavier than others. At times we all need extra connection and support. We are always worthy of it. It can be scary to reach out, I get it!
