As a clinical sexologist, I help folks explore pleasure and better communicate in intimate relationships. As a relationship counselor, I work with individuals, couples and poly folks to improve their communication and connection. As a feminist therapist, I help clients dig deep to uncover their personal power, untangle anxiety and heal from trauma. I'm pro-choice, queer/bisexual identified, and welcome LGBTQ+ clients. I'm a curious counselor, and I help people dig to the roots of their pain. Fees are $225 for individual and $250 for couples (self-pay only, NO insurance but can provide superbill for OON benefits).
I try to meet folks where they are, and use humor and empowerment in my approach. I specialize in sex and sexuality, and support all relationship styles, as long as they include consenting adults. I help people find their inner resources for resilience, passion and joy- in a world of never-ending stimulation, let me help you find your calm.
I strive to create an empowered, affirming space for clients to explore themselves and their relationships. Many of my clients feel disconnected from their bodies and overwhelmed by their thoughts, or are working through shame (often religious shame). Through mindfulness, self-discovery, self-care and radical joy, let me help you get unstuck.
