I am a licensed mental health counselor with diverse experience working with adults experiencing challenges around anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting the LBGTQIA+ community and studied Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies in addition to Counseling Psychology.
From a warm and inviting therapeutic space where individuals feel supported and empowered, I assist individuals in identifying their strengths, learning the skills necessary for symptom management, and expanding their sense of self so that they may lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.
