My goal as a therapist is to support you during those difficult times, to help you manage changes using mindfulness techniques, stress management skills, and coping strategies until you feel comfortable with your new circumstances or behaviors. I have over a decade of experience helping people overcome anxiety and depression and make positive changes in their life, including career changes. I also specialize in supporting people to stop smoking or using alcohol to avoid tough emotions. I offer solution-focused therapy as well as talk therapy which can go deeper to uncover and heal root issues.
I will work with you to create a treatment plan specifically for you and your needs. Life is a journey and it's all about growing and changing and adapting to the inevitable ups and downs, sometimes falling down and figuring out how to pick yourself up again.
