Hi, I’m Lizzie! I have been working in the mental health field for just over 7 years. My work now consists of focusing on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs/thoughts that are preventing a person from reaching their personal goals. I believe in taking a collaborative, solution-focused approach to helping others, and I know that starts with creating a safe, judgement-free space built on trust. After receiving a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Lafayette College, I graduated with a master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University.
My clinical training focused primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Over time, I have learned that seeking to create a personal therapeutic experience, pulling from many theoretical approaches, helps to reveal the best in every person.
It is my hope that everyone leaves a conversation with me feeling empowered and excited to create changes that move them one step closer to their goals and being the best version of themselves.
