I aim to help clients recognize patterns that may be triggering feelings of shame or anxiety and guide them in making changes aligned with their goals. Change is possible with the right tools, you just have to get started! I work with adults struggling with Disordered Eating, OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing.
I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help inform your personalized treatment plan. Clients often mention that my gentle yet candid communication style helps them see things from new perspectives.
