I'm highly skilled in working with a wide variety of relational and individual issues involving adolescents, families, couples/relationships, parenting, stage-of-life concerns, addiction, meditation and yoga, and business managers/executives. As your clinical psychologist, I'll help you identify the core issues behind your problems, determine the changes that you want to make, and support you every step of the way as you courageously move toward a happier and more fulfilling life.
Having been a client as an adolescent, a psychologist and former Director of a therapeutic school, I have 25+ years of varied experiences that allow me to understand your complexities while relating to you on a very human level. My therapeutic approach is ultimately integrative, the product of my doctoral work and I'm happy to discuss it when we talk.
My work is grounded in theory and research, it's extremely flexible, and it allows me to work with many different issues. I encourage life-long learning, experimentation with change and empowering ourselves. Therapy shouldn't be something that's overly stiff or soft, but a genuine and caring relationship where the goal is to help you realize a better life.
