***I am not currently taking new clients.*** "We cultivate love when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be deeply seen and known, and when we honor the spiritual connection that grows from that offering with trust, respect, kindness and affection." -Brené Brown. So often it is the sense of connection between us that leads to, or at least contributes to, our distress. As a marriage and family therapist, I believe it is important to help individuals, couples, and families to be able to connect more authentically, developing healthy boundaries which allow for a balance of connection and autonomy.
Together in therapy we can work to improve your communication, and help you feel more confident in your identity. Whether you are struggling with relational stresses, or identity concerns, I would be honored to be your support and ally. I strive to make my office an inclusive nonjudgmental space.
I have experience with many different models of therapy, and like to tailor my approach to your individual needs. I believe the most important part of our work together is that we form a collaborative relationship that is reflective of where you are and where you want to go.
