I completed a three-year post-graduate training in Gestalt Therapy and have received 100+ hours of training in flower essences, an all-natural energetic remedy to support you in releasing anxieties, fears, and blocks. Additionally, I have training in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, psychoanalytic approaches, and attachment theory.
