My experience includes but isn't limited to addressing anxiety and phobias, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and body image concerns. I am a firm believer that there is no one size fits all approach to therapy so I utilize a conversational approach, drawing from various therapeutic approaches to aid my clients in reaching their goals.
