I work with neurodivergent, creative, highly sensitive, depressed and anxious human beings who want to connect more deeply with themselves.
We will collaboratively work together to identify your needs, issues/challenges and goals that are bringing you to seek therapy. My goal is to empower you to build connection with yourself and others. Together we can dive into your dreams, excavate your unconscious and bring forward the most brilliant aspects of your authentic self.

If you're a multicultural/ racial minority adult woman with ADHD or Autism and are looking for meaningful connection and relationships with women who also have ADHD/Autism, desire to deepen your understanding of relationships, learn and practice interpersonal skills, share and learn from others' experiences, this group is for you. The group's purpose is to hold space for racial minority women whose stories are often not discussed in our community. Our topics will range from communication, sex, racial identity, coping skills/ stress management. We will meet online via Telehealth once a week for 60 minutes starting in April.
