I believe in change; that when a person is dissatisfied, they can make little shifts that can create big impacts. I believe in the power of the individual. My typical clientele are adults struggling with anxiety, trauma symptoms, or depression.
In sessions, it may be worthwhile to utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or Brainspotting techniques to reduce undesired symptoms. These are specialized trainings that I’ve undergone that many clients have found beneficial. We could also utilize mindfulness strategies or experiential exercises within our sessions.
In sessions we can explore experiences and while we may recognize the roots of reactions stemming from the past, we’ll work towards tangible goals in the now. I welcome scheduling a call to gauge fit. These are about 20 minutes via videoconference and are at no cost. I currently offer sessions in person as well as through videoconference.
