My practice is dedicated to providing a thoughtful and compassionate setting for clients to find more effective ways to address issues and concerns that are negatively impacting their lives. Together we will address emotional challenges related to past traumas, anxiety, sadness and depression, feelings of being overwhelmed, stuck or hopeless, identity development and relationship struggles to create balance and wellness.
I carefully weave together elements from different theoretical approaches, advanced training in trauma, and yogic philosophy to create a unique and customized therapeutic experience for each client. The therapeutic journey is one of courage, hope, self- care, and self-determination and I am here to help!
