Hi, I'm Anna! I am passionate about relationships! I am licensed in both WA and AZ and specialize in relationship dynamics and neurodiversity. As a seasoned LMFT fully licensed since 2014, I have extensive experience working with youth, individuals, families, and couples from a family systems perspective. I help with life transitions, identity, relationships, depression/anxiety, grief/loss, ADHD, Autism, and OCD. I work from a neurodiverse affirming practice. I have ADHD. My clients want a safe place to feel heard, seen, understood, and connected with others. They want practical tools to help them navigate life challenges.
I work with youth, individuals, families, and couples from an attachment and systemic perspective. I have advanced EFT training. I focus on how people function in relationships with others, as well as ask about what is going on inside them. I incorporate EFT, solution focused therapy, and CBT as they relate to treatment. I am a Christian.
