I have done extensive training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and Gottman, and studied what builds healthy relationships, and how having our emotional needs understood by others builds leads to positive change in our lives. I am also trained in EMDR, a powerful approach to healing trauma as well as shifting internal narratives and thought patterns.
