Together, we can figure out what to do with the resentment, frustration, or loneliness you might feel. I will bring into session my honesty and respect for you. I believe you deserve a place free of judgment or expectations. In that safety, my clients will often interact with the root of the conflict in their lives, their patterns, and their emotional experiences.
My approach is collaborative, trauma informed, and radically compassionate. I believe in your power to heal. There are many forms of wisdom and I will individualize the session to fit your needs. I use several modalities including Internal Family Systems Theory, Narrative, Existential, Feminist Theory, and other evidence based practices.
