In response to the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, we are now offering teletherapy (therapy by phone and online by video) for all our clients, whether new or established. Also called telehealth or telebehavioral health, teletherapy can provide vital care and support to individuals, couples and families.

I am a multilingual therapist with experience in working with clients diverse in age, color, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My core belief is that with the right intervention tools, everyone has the ability to face, and overcome their challenges. Having worked with clients between 6-65 years of age, I find that my gentle approach in therapy, help my clients of all age groups fit well with my style of work. In addition to that, I offer therapy in additional languages such as Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Punjabi, Urdu.

Tamara Leah Sauer-Diner is an experienced therapist licensed in both NJ and California. Tamara tailors her approach to best suit the client and their needs and draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy. Tamara has experience with crisis management, trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, body image and relationship issues. Tamara obtained her master’s degree in Marriage And Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide with Summa Cum Laude. Tamara accepts insurance.
