Hello! My practice primarily consists of adults and couples. I help people to overcome both common and unique problems. I am well versed in the treatment of anxiety and depression. I have clinical experience with couples issues that often arise from developmental transitions, ruptures in trust and difficulty communicating. I began providing psychotherapy in Contra Costa in 1996 while obtaining my MA Degree with a Specialization in Couple and Family Therapy at John F. Kennedy's Graduate School of Professional Psychology. Since then I have continued working in Solano County with individual adults, children & teens, and their families, and couples. I facilitated men's groups in a jail-based substance abuse treatment program for four years while working at Youth And Family Services until 2005. I've been in private practice since then.
