Nevertheless, here I go: I can help with anxiety, depression, grief, lack of direction, life transitions - marriage, divorce, life threatening illness, empty nest - as well as early trauma, spiritual crisis and sexuality issues. I also specialize in the integration of psychedelic experiences and hold a Certificate in Psychedelic Therapy and Research from CIIS. I am fairly interactive and I maintain a sense of humor, even in the midst of very difficult situations.

I generally work with high functioning people at important junctures in life where the suffering is great. Asking for help is often a powerful step of surrendering the ego's attempts to resist change. Symptoms are often a sign that something is trying to wake up inside of you. When you turn your attention inward and get intimate with your inner life you can start to find the energy to heal, to grow and to change. I specialize in somatic table work for treating developmental trauma. This work focuses on repairing developmental wounds, strengthening somatic resilience and increasing capacity for regulation in the nervous system.

About Us - We are an incorporated psychotherapy group practice established in 1985. We specialize in working with children, adults, families who are dealing with issues of sexual abuse and/or other forms of trauma. We also provide co-parenting, custody evaluation, forensic evaluation, family reunification, and general psychotherapy services, including couples counseling.

I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and adjustment disorders, and for the past 20 years I have specialized in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. While I am skilled in the traditional treatment methods of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I also have extensive training in an innovative approach to OCD called Inference Based CBT (ICBT). Through ICBT I have had the privilege of helping clients who had only limited success in prior OCD treatment finally achieve freedom from this distressing disorder. My style is warm, inviting, and collaborative.
