About
For more than 30 years I have worked with children, teens and adults dealing with grief and loss. We focus on your objectives, values and goals as you move from pain to new possibilities. Everyone has strengths on which to build, the capacity to grow, heal and choose the life they long for in their own way. Your personal experience will be listened to and deeply respected. Through my rich background in counseling, education and the arts I am able to offer practical tools to help you connect with your unique gifts, deepen your sense of self-worth and support you in creating happy, fulfilling relationships in your world.
I specialize in grief and loss issues, supporting children, teens and adults through difficult changes and transitions. Through non-judgmental dialogue, expressive arts, relaxation and meditation exercises, clients learn tools to cope with stress, deepen self-acceptance, and improve communication with others.
Through extensive professional training in transforming loss, as a therapist and artist, I offer clients an integrated approach to wellness, body, mind, soul and spirit. I respect personal choices and values while we explore how to connect with our own inner wisdom and creative hearts.
