I offer EMDR, IFS (parts work), Somatic Experiencing, and psychedelic therapy. I also specialize in work with the ASD (autism), DID/DDNOS, & LGBTQ+ communities.
Counseling traces the trouble to its source and creates strategies to heal; to feel good in your nervous system.
