The curious paradox is when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change. What I am is enough if I would only be it openly.' C.Rogers. This quote is at the core of my work as a psychotherapist. I believe that the path to healing begins with the experience of being truly seen and celebrated with all your identities and parts that make the whole of you. I offer an affirming and collaborative space for the exploration of Self, connecting to your Divine within through mind-body-spirit practices so that you can move beyond the unloving narratives getting in the way of embodying your true Self and curating the life that you envision.
My approach is informed by contemporary psychodynamic, attachment theory with a Humanistic, Anti-oppressive systemic lens, as well as IFS, mindfulness, intuitive healing, and energy work. I also offer Spiritual Development and Coaching for those seeking greater expansion of consciousness and a deeper connection to the Divine within and the Universe.
I'm an Afro-Latinx psychotherapist, energy worker, and channel excited to support you in your healing journey toward lasting transformation. M. Angelou said "We delight in the beauty of a butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty" So, I congratulate you on this step of your journey and look forward to meeting you!

Women Healing Together Group
A safe, affirming, non-judgemental container for women navigating their beautiful journey of healing. Growing up, women are often exposed to limiting ideas that shape the way we see ourselves and the world. False self-beliefs such us "I am not good enough", "I should control everything" and "my needs are not important" impact our emotional health. Trauma and personal/social-cultural oppression reinforce unworthiness and powerlessness. Together we figure out ways to move beyond these narratives towards the embodiment of our true selves. We use talk processing and mindfulnes practices such us breathing, journaling and meditation. Welcome!
