Partnering with your own intuition, self-compassion and humor, we work together to create and help you embody your unique vision of your best self. I offer adult and adolescent counseling, as well as couples and play therapy. Journaling is my passion, and I also teach and write on the topic of helping you find the right tools for your self-care toolkit.
