I believe that all individuals have the resources within themselves to heal and thrive, but sometimes they may need a bit of help bringing those resources out. By drawing upon your unique characteristics, I will work with you to gain a greater awareness of yourself, refine your strengths, and become the best version of yourself. While my overarching approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and solution-focused, I draw from a range of different modalities, tailoring to the specific needs and personality of each individual.
I am particularly passionate about helping people work through trauma, self-esteem issues, and racial/cultural identity. So many of mental health struggles stem from formative relationships and experiences, whether the effects are overt or subtle.
