Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the States of Arkansas & Texas. I started as a therapist at a community mental health clinic in rural East Texas and moved my practice to NW Arkansas in the fall of 2021. I have broad experience treating many individuals across diverse backgrounds and experiences. Whatever difficulties are bringing you into therapy, I will be emotionally connected as we journey through your particular challenges.

Whether it’s anxiety, depression, stressful adjustments, past, current trauma or even stress from everyday life situations. Regardless what life throws your way it always helps to have someone by your side that will say I’ve got you and we will get through this together. One of the biggest reasons Counseling is successful is therapeutic rapport. Feeling cared about and never judged is something everyone deserves. Our lives are ever changing and sometimes we need help navigating through the tough times. Opening up and talking, learning new ways of thinking, healing old wounds and coping skills are just a few of the ways I can help.

The human experience can be challenging at times, but can also be beautiful and meaningful. Learning that both are normal parts of the journey can be empowering and allow one to reach our dreams and goals by overcoming the blocks and pain that keep us from reaching those dreams. We can learn to grow through pain, enjoy moments of pure joy and build community. I am a Licensed Masters Social Work, Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Equine Therapist and Certified Thanatologist along with EMDR training. I have worked with a wide variety of clients over the course of my 23-year career.

Life can be stressful and feel overwhelming. I am here to help. I am experienced with individuals and couples in all phases of life. My clients report they are comfortable opening up to me about difficult situations. My goal is to help my clients navigate through their current difficulties and empower them with skills for the future.

Sara’s passion and focus in counseling is grief and loss. She is an activate member of the Association of Death Education and Counseling and is a firm believer that grief is a common experience that binds us together in life. Sara has worked with a wide array of populations from geriatric, college students, homeless, perinatal loss, and adolescents.

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults to address a number of mental health and behavioral concerns, from difficulty adjusting to life's stressors to serious emotional and behavioral challenges related to neglect, trauma, and abuse. When difficulties arise in the school setting with peers and teachers, parents often don't know where to turn for help.

What could your life look like six months from now if you took a step toward healing today? Often, the hardest part is just starting. Depression, anxiety, grief, shame, and a number of other treatable concerns can leave you in a hopeless place. Are friends/family at a loss of how to help you? Are you struggling with a recent change in your life? Do you feel alone? I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas. I believe in a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy and believe in meeting clients where they are. I understand the importance of a trusting therapeutic relationship and encourage clients to find the right fit when seeking therapy. I am trained in brainspotting and have seen firsthand the healing it can bring. I have experience in treating a variety of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and self-esteem among others. I have extensive experience in working with transgender children, adults, and their families.

I believe that everyone has the ability to heal from trauma, and experience the beauty of personal growth from difficult life experiences. When we experience trauma and/or chronic stress, we often become disconnected from ourselves, from others, and from the world around us. Our work together can help you reconnect to yourself, improve interpersonal relationships and learn to be present in the moment. My goal is to help you become more resilient, so that you feel comfortable enough to process your past, and confident enough to navigate difficult life events.

Welcome! I’m Tonya Turic, a licensed counselor with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. My passion for this work comes from a deep understanding that everyone’s path to mental wellness is unique, and I am committed to providing a personalized approach to each of my clients. My clinical specialties include: Anxiety and Depression, Trauma and PTSD, Relationship Issues, Stress Management, Grief and Loss, and Self-Esteem and Identity Issues. My approach blends CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness practices to help you uncover and address the underlying issues affecting your mental health.

I am here to assist your child and you through difficult times. I am a Licensed Professional Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist. I have specialized training using dogs and horses in my therapy sessions. When young children have problems, they aren't yet emotionally equipped to sit down and tell you or a therapist what is bothering them, but they can tell a trained therapist what is wrong through their play. In a play therapy room, equipped with specific toys and designed to make a child feel safe and secure, many feelings can be expressed through play.

Susan Tyler has over a decade of experience in the field of mental health, focusing in areas of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, Perinatal Mental Health, and School-Based Mental Health services. Her professional journey has been dedicated to supporting individuals through challenges related to trauma, abuse, neglect, attachment, adoption, foster care, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, disruptive behaviors, ADHD, and family dynamics. Her approach has been built with a dedication to understanding and addressing the unique needs of individuals and families.

I have a passion for working with clients experiencing shame, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I’ve seen how these can manifest in a variety of ways, from problems with work and school, to rocky relationships, to substance abuse, to isolation. I’ve worked with folks dealing with prison reintegration, homelessness, grief, and rejection due to gender and sexuality. You can rest assured that you will be accepted for who you are as we work together.

I have years of experience and success helping my clients break out of unhealthy patterns to feel more empowered and strong. I work with adults and teens experiencing depression, anxiety, or lack of direction in life; parents seeking relationships that work with their children; couples wanting to repair and grow their relationship; and help managing anger or resolving trauma. I have a knack for motivating young people to their purpose and developing action steps to move forward. I am also a certified Technology Assisted/Distance Based Counselor. We can work together over video chat, phone call or text based sessions.

Lauren is passionate about mental health and counseling. She believes that the counseling process should be enjoyable, and that a client-centered approach and individualization is key to therapeutic growth. Lauren has helped adults, children & families learn to cope and grow through various life changes and difficulties. Lauren places importance on creating a judgement-free atmosphere, and holding space in which you can safely and openly share and explore thoughts and feelings.

I'm an LAC and I am passionate about working with teens and adults in individual, family, and intensive settings. I enjoy working holistically with pediatricians, dietitians, and all other providers for the best care.
