Many people are tired of pushing through life wearing the mask/facade that "everything is fine", when underneath it isn't. It would be an honor for me to be invited to walk alongside you in your journey to restoring joy in life and getting closer to being the person you want to be. I specialize in proven treatments for Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Anger and Suicidality. Although, these treatments are standardized, they won't feel formulaic. I personalize therapy to you and your goals. I am Houston-based, but serving all of Texas via Telehealth. Typical treatments are 8-16 sessions (not trying to keep you in lifelong therapy).
Recovery is possible and therapy can be a key to the transformation you hope for! We know not to neglect "routine maintenance" on our vehicles for too long. But we often avoid all maintenance for our mental/emotional functioning.
