I see individuals and couples who are looking to lead more loving connected lives. I assist couples to resolve long standing, repetitive conflict cycles using a method called Dialogue Therapy (DT). DT is a structured, time limited, and clear method using mindfulness and curiosity to help decrease cycles of frustration, anger, and shame between the couple. This helps to increase empathy, intimacy, and closeness. My ideal client is interested in deepening their connection to themselves and others. I am licensed in Vermont and California and can see individuals and couples in either location.

Dialogue Therapy uses mindfulness, psychodrama, and techniques from structured family therapy to assist couples to improve the quality of their relationship. Dialogue Therapy is a time limited and highly effective method that helps couple's dramatically improve their connection to each other and bring excitement and curiosity back into the relationship.

I am also a certified trauma specialist and have extensive experience helping individuals resolve early childhood trauma and PTSD. I work with individuals who need expertise in understanding how developmental trauma has affected them. I help individuals understand how to improve their connection to themselves and to others to lead more connected lives.
