I am Katia Meredith, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 9 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient, community mental health, inpatient and crisis counseling. My passion is supporting my clients in their journey to overcome depression, trauma, grief, and other stressful life events to achieve their individual goals. I have a passion for working with adults struggling with history of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, or simply needing someone to listen and offer support with any life issue.

Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Jennifer utilizes play therapy techniques with younger children (ages 4 and up), and enjoys working with teenagers on issues including, but not limited to, trauma and abuse, friendships, family dynamics, school, self-esteem, identity, and values/beliefs. Kerrie received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Kentucky Wesleyan College in 1997 and her Masters in Social Work from Spaulding University in 2005. Kerrie is a licensed clinical Social Worker in the State of Kentucky and has 12 years’ experience providing therapy to children and families. She worked with children in other capacities for an additional five years. She also completed the two year Conjoint Marital and Family Counseling Program and is trained in providing Parent Child Interaction Therapy. Kerrie completed the Juvenile Sex Offender Counselor certification program through the Kent School of Social Work.

I have many years of experience working with early childhood trauma and severe, persistent mental illness, varying from ages of 5 years to 70+. My goal is to empower and advocate for positive change within you, as the individual, and the system as a whole. The place that we will create together is a safe and judgement free space. I work through an Existential foundation, to help those I work with seek meaning and purpose, with skills built from experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, all within the context of a trauma-informed approach.

Hello there! I'm Terry Coy, an Individual, Marriage, and Family Therapist. For many this process and seeing so many names of therapy or mental health names can be overwhelming. With this in mind, I would like to introduce myself in what I would call session zero. No fees, get to know me a little bit, and hopefully we get a head start on building trust and comfort. First, congratulations on making it this far. Already, although it may not seem like much, you have taken a HUGE step toward improving your life. I am a clinical counselor who has been working in the mental health field for over ten years. I have extensive experience working with all age ranges; however, my favorite people to work with are adolescents and teens!
