I am an LCSW with over 30 years of experience practicing psychotherapy for a variety of mental health issues .I use Cognitive Behavioral , Humanistic, and Rational Emotive treatment modalities. My areas of expertise include: Treating Anxiety and Depression, Self Esteem, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, Fostercare and Adoption Issues, Chemical Dependency and Relapse Prevention.
I am a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. I offer ongoing therapy services for clients who are on Suboxone Maintenance or who have addiction issues. I also offer telehealth services, which include both telephone and videochat sessions . Telehealth is a modern and convenient way to seek therapy services while in the comfort of your own home.
I work with clients age 12 and up. I do not accept insurance , but offer lower rates for all therapy services. I am eager to help individuals and families manage life stressors and to develop coping skills for life struggles. I encourage each person to discover their full potential , and to set goals of living life to the fullest , in spite of any obstacles.
