I help you to explore your feelings to build self awareness and insight regarding your personal concerns. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults.
I am Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credentialed through the Association for Play Therapy (www.a4pt.org). I believe Play Therapy is a wonderful avenue, as children's experiences and knowledge are often communicated through play, it becomes an important vehicle for them to know and accept themselves and others.
I believe that spirituality plays an important role in mental health. I encourage each client to explore and develop personal beliefs. I am a Christian, my faith informs my worldview. I am open to a person of any faith and do not consider it part of therapy to convert you to my faith.
