I aim to help couples overcome infidelity, addiction, trauma, emotional distance, intimacy issues, communication issues, & lost connection. I also provide relational counseling to resolve conflicts in other significant relationships such as parent/adult child, friends, etc. My services also include individual therapy for people dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, body image disorders, etc. In addition to working with a diverse population, my lived experience of being a South Asian immigrant allows me to connect with those with multicultural issues, adjustment issues, immigration-related stress, and/or family conflicts.

Meredith Everett is an Arizona based licensed counselor. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental, and professional environment in which you can heal and grow. Kim Kriesel is passionate about helping women and their partners to and through motherhood. As I head into retirement, I will no longer be accepting new clients. My modalities include Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (level 1) developed by Janina Fisher, EMDR, Sensorimotor (level 1 and 2 trained) and Post Induction Therapy (PIT).I have found these modalities useful in restoring relationships in the key areas of life: with self, others, and with a Higher Power. This is how I developed my practice name--Triune Freedom. By bolstering the 3 key relationships, I have been privileged to walk with clients as they journey to hope and healing increasing effectiveness in their lives both professionally and personally.
