Together, we uncover root causes of anxiety and depression, and guide you toward peace, freedom, and healthier connections.

Through couples therapy, family therapy, and individual counseling, I help clients address the root causes of anxiety, depression, and disconnection. We focus on improving communication, breaking cultural or generational cycles, & healing the wounds of narcissistic abuse. I provide bilingual services and evidence-based tools to foster resilience and growth.
