I provide a calm, safe, and supportive environment to help people heal, and cope with stressful situations in life.

I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and trained as a certified family trauma professional (CFTP). Weekend and evening appointments available.
