I offer proven therapies with a focus on health psychology and specialize in treating PTSD/trauma, all forms of addiction, anxiety, phobias, illness anxiety, postpartum anxiety and depression, and insomnia. I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, hypnosis, and biofeedback.
As an expert in health psychology, my goal is to help you improve your mental and physical well-being. I will be here to support you throughout the therapeutic process to ensure that you get the most from therapy.
