I have over 25 years of experience working in hospitals, mental health, private practice and school settings. I provide support using strength-based and mindfulness approaches to help you overcome these challenges. I believe everyone can work through difficult situations in their lives and develop resiliency. We all have strengths, abilities and goodness to become the best version of ourselves through self-reflection. I specialize in EMDR, CBT, play therapy, and Mindfulness.
